A really lovely long weekend stay at Claire's. The flat had everything you could need and the views were stunning both at sunrise and sunset. Thanks for making the whole process easy for us. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed a sunny October weekend in Claire's apartment. It was nicely decorated with soft, squishy carpets. High quality, cosy bedding made for a good night's sleep (until our toddler woke us at 5am, that is!). It is mostly as described (no dryer or bath, just showers). Claire's management team are very responsive. Essentials were provided as described. We booked last minute for a reduced rate. When we arrived, the hot water wasn't working but an engineer was sent within 24 hours. The view really is stunning and the balcony was a highlight for our toddler (and us!), but we feel the management company let this place down as issues reported in earlier reviews hadn't been dealt with (curtains, windows, hot water). Claire - your apartment is beautiful and we hope many guests enjoy the lovely view and surroundings. The management company were responsive but lacked a personal touch.

Disappointed as reviews and pictures were very positive and it had an uninterrupted sea view. Several windows would not shut properly, curtains were hanging off, damp patches were in the bedrooms, bathrooms not very clean. Main issue was that there was no hot water. When I tried to contact the host I had to go through a third party who were slow to respond, and then stopped responding. I spent entire day of my holiday on the Airbnb app and phone to try and resolve it. I was sent a YouTube video for the wrong boiler with advice to fix it myself! When I contacted the host again, I had no response. In the end I had to contact Airbnb customer service to get a refund and find another place to stay. This all ruined one of three precious days break.
