An enjoyable stay from start to finish. We selected the venue in this location as it’s somewhere we’re very familiar with and fond of. We also wanted to have the reassurance of being able to charge an electric vehicle close by which we were able to do on the quay. Mudeford is somewhere we enjoy going to, not just for the location and proximity to the water and the sandy beaches, but also access to food and drink establishments. Fabulous location right on the quay - next to the ferry and promenade - we were there 4 days and didn’t even use our car (although great to have parking spot directly outside) loads of lovely beaches and we walked to Christchurch (1 hour) highcliffe castle (45 mins) and southbourne via ferry (1 hour)

I stayed in The Old Customs House with my 91 year old mum and my partner for four nights. What a beautiful spot! We walked everywhere and took the dog - we kayaked on the mud flats (all of us) and swam in the sea where there was a beautiful sandy beach. We watched the sun set on a bench at the back of the house - best view in the world! The house is so quiet at night and in the morning but in the day there are people milling around waiting for the ferry over to another beach (enjoyed that too) and at the pub or cafe. There’s also a fresh cockles and fish merchant outside the house. We loved The Priory in Christchurch and the river and restaurant around the corner. The walk behind the Priory was beautiful too. This really was a fantastic UK holiday, helped by the weather being good. If you like milling about, looking at boats, crabbing, swimming, relaxing then this is a great spot. The house was very comfortable and the views lovely. Nice to be able to take our dog too.

A really stunning place. I would thoroughly recommend the old customs House. It has an unbeatable location! A really well equipped house with fab parking in a very busy spot. So much to do in the area and I would certainly return with my young family who had a blast!

Haven Cottages is one of the best of many Airbnb places I've stayed in, a great location, quiet but near facilities, right on the sea, near to great beaches. The house is beautifully modernised, with all the mod cons. Thank you Mud Huts, will definitely return & recommend
