Beautiful villa with a private pool and a hot tub in Altea’s prime location, on Don Cayo golf course and nestled away from highway noise. Ideal for big families or groups. Upstairs, discover a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony. Downstairs, 4 bedrooms await, with 3 offering direct pool access as well as 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) Additionally, a separate guesthouse boasts a generously sized bedroom with a desk, sofa, and private bathroom. We have space in beds for 10 people and have a big air mattress for 2 more people for a maximum of 12 people in total. Please let us know if you are more than 10 people so that we can prepare the air mattress for you. The main house has 4 bedrooms, one of which has a bunk bed and is outfitted for children. The guesthouse has a big queen sized bed and is very spacious for the big air mattress. You will have the entire beautiful villa and the guesthouse with its en-suite bathroom and the large pool and our brand new hot tub for yourself. Altea is a beautiful town on the Costa Blanca. The beaches are beautiful and the mountains behind it make for a stunning scenery. There is lots to explore from beaches, the old town of Altea to the mountains and day trips to Valencia. Or you can enjoy just hanging out at the pool and enjoying the serenity.
