I had a great stay! I would definitely book again when I travel back to NY. The house had everything that you would need. Host was very understanding!

Ashraf’s was a great host and I would absolutely stay here again. He was very responsive and available to answer questions. The accommodation was amazing and included everything I needed. Quiet and safe neighbourhood, right next to a buststop. I would highly recommend.

The location was great. Neighborhood seemed to be quite safe. LIRR was walkable distance, less than 15 minute walk. Grocery store was about .3 mile away. Lots of restaurants within 10-15 minute walk. Great deli just down the street. Parking was decent. If you timed it right, you could park right in front of the apartment. Otherwise you might have to park on a street a block or two away. A few minor items in the kitchen would enhance your stay if you plan to do any cooking. Here are a few items that would be nice to have: Measuring cups that are labeled. A pitcher that you could make lemonade. A baking dish. A can opener that works. It would have been nice to have cable tv or at least a smart tv, but Ashraf did indicate that in the description. Also, it was difficult to sleep on the beds since there was plastic sheets under the bed sheets and under the pillowcases. We would stay there again if we were in the Flushing area.
