Your casita is one of two casitas at the back of a larger property, surrounded by a garden and a large patio. At the front, is a wonderful large pool with graduated access, great for kids. A small kitchen with hot plate, oven and medium refrigerator, is perfect for beverages and light meals. In addition to a king-size bed, you have space for two hammocks. Booking - Instant Book has been turned off and I check for reservation requests several times a day. This is a large stand-alone private room with a king-size bed, kitchenette, and bathroom on a much larger private property which features a beautiful swimming pool. The room can accommodate an additional adult in a hammock and there is space on the floor for a sleeping mat for a child. There are linens for 2 people including beach towels. Shampoo, hair conditioner, and soap are provided. As is a large bottle of drinking water. The unit is air-conditioned and receives lots of natural breeze. There is no hot water in the showers. The room has a medium-sized refrigerator, basic utensils, pots, plates, cups, and glasses for 3 people, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a mini-oven. Beach access is 50 meters from our front door and two beach chairs are available for your use. We are located 2.5 km from the center of Progreso, 1.5 km from the start of the Malecon, 1 km from a small market area, and .5km from several good local restaurants, and .5km from OXXO. There are two old-style bicycles that you can use to get around town. For families looking for more space, there is a second small casita that accommodates 2 people.
