Very much enjoyed the little spot in Phoenix. Was perfect for a long weekend. Comfortable bed and furniture, nice bathroom and closet area. Was a little confusing with multiple instructions sent because of multiple rooms for the property. Host was unavailable to respond (my understanding was they were traveling) when we first got there after trying to follow instructions to check in and getting confused. Previous guest had left a bunch of food in the microwave and apparently took the control for the AC. The AC was at a good level so that was ok but was not able to adjust the whole trip as there was no way to control. Host came on second day to try to replace remote but could not and previous guest was contacted and was to return that remote and did not. So that was a bit frustrating. Otherwise everything was great for a quiet weekend. Good location, close to a lot of things and stores, easy driving. Great TV and internet access, though would suggest enabling guest mode on your Roku.

In Town from Palm Springs for the Weekend for My Son's Birthday. Mel's Place was perfect for What we needed.The Bed was comfortable Shower was Hot..Only Issues Mel add more toilet paper and paper towels and a fresh sponge per Every guest.Would I rent again Yes..
