The very best place one could possibly hope to stay in Brooklyn at this price point. Perfect setup for long stays and remote workers. Notable: A number of nice groceries and delis are nearby, a fantastic public park a block away, Citibike spot next to the park, 2 subway lines 5min walk away, Heating and cooling precisely adjustable Great size smart TV Modern robust furniture Fully equipped like new kitchen Very spacious for NY Phenomenal roof top view and seating area. Amazing on warmer days. The bathroom is modern and pristine with a great shower and bath. I loved the hustle and bustle in the neighborhood. It's not a 'dead' residential area like some parts of Greenpoint. There's always people out and about, shopping and walking dogs. Would return here every time I had the chance.

David and Aminata’s place was absolutely perfect. It really felt like our home away from home. If given the chance I would love to stay there again in the future. David and Aminata were very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience.

David’s place was perfect for my time there, plenty of places around to have fun at night and to eat during the day. It’s literally surrounded by alot of very convenient restaurants and stores. Perfect steal for the week! Thank you again, can’t wait for next visit.

Super clean and spacious! Hosts were communicative and proactive. The easy to use thermostat and efficient AC was especially great in the heat. The shower had amazing water pressure 😍 It wasn’t completely sound proof but definitely safe and peaceful compared to the nonstop hustle and bustle of Knickerbocker right outside the front door. I stayed for a week for work and it was the perfect home base. I will be back for my next work trip for sure!

What a wonderful place! It will be my new go-to when coworking or visiting the city, especially for long term stays! Just like the pictures - it’s spacious, bright, with a super comfy bed. The location is amazing: walkable to many different restaurants and bars, and many subway lines. The host David was fantastic. Friendly, responsive, and provided a great easy info for check-in. AND As a woman I felt very safe in this neighborhood. Love Bushwick <3 I especially appreciated the extremely fast wifi and the kitchen! David went above and beyond to make sure the kitchen had basic necessities and extra items that made it super easy to cook. It was SO NICE to have central AC in the city! This airbnb had everything I needed plus more. Would highly recommend and definitely will stay again if in the neighborhood!
