Very nice one bedroom one bath duplex, centrally located near all area hospitals (driving distance between 1.8 and 12 miles). This is a perfect spot for travelers. The space has updated furnishings a covered front porch, keyless entry, off street parking, a storage garage and your own private laundry. We love to host traveling workers. Let us know your needs and we are glad to try to accommodate. We are set up for monthly bookings but will do our best to accommodate weekly inquiries This is a freshly painted one bedroom one bath duplex, with offstreet parking, a private front porch, garage storage space and private, laundry. There are newly finished hardwood floors throughout the living room and bedroom with new tile floors in the kitchen and bath. It is a quiet spot within walking distance to the pigeon Creek Greenway.

Rhonda was such a wonderful host. She went above and beyond with me, and was so pleasant and flexible and responded so quickly. The house was gorgeous and spotless. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great house, great host!

Lovely, clean, inexpensive, convenient location. But the walls to the other half of the duplex are very thin. You hear their music and their talking. There was a white noise machine, but no power cord to it.

Located on a very quiet street in a neighborhood. It is within walking distance to the Pigeon Creek Greenway and very near shopping and restaraunts.
Do you have your own private driveway. You are very close to major through affairs to take you anywhere in the city. There is also a bus line nearby.
