Our stay was absolutely wonderful, our host was quick and efficient when responding! I highly recommend booking with them, they were nothing but kind and made us feel comfortable. We were welcomed by such an amazing ambiance on our check-in day, making it feel like home in paradise! In a private and peaceful area, we were centrally located near Fifth Avenue and near beach, making it very secluded without feeling left out on the luxury resort experience!This home is located in such a desirable area as it is PLAYACAR! The home itself was impeccable, and our living room was STEPS from the pool. Each of us had our privacy but were still able to spend quality time together in shared areas! One of my biggest highlights of my trip to Playa Del Carmen was our airbnb, I will definitely be recommending this one to my family and friends!

We loved staying at this place! It was very spacious and had easy access to the huge pool. The women at the reception desk was super helpful with check in and anytime we had a question about something. We liked being able to walk out of the community to the grocery store and a few local restaurants or hang out in the community if we wanted. We brought our 2 year old and it was a pleasant surprise how many other families lived at AWA! Lastly, this place has filtered tap water which is a huge bonus for the area!
Stunning place! Excellent location, great and peaceful area. This place is top to stay and live here in Playa del Carmen without any worry Super clean, super equipped, beautiful decor and bigger than you think. the concierge was great as well. You find an Oxxo just cross street!!! I will recommend this place to stay 100%
This was our second stay at AWA. The condo was exactly as described. Very clean, plenty of linens. The kitchen has everything you need to make all your meals. Would definitely recommend staying here!
