Hike, float, play at the creek/river, and then come back to: star gaze in the spacious back yard, grill in the screened-in porch, visit around the fire pit, snuggle up in the living room for some tv time or soak in 6’ jetted tub! Float services, restaurants, Dollar General & gas station nearby! The South House sits on 21 acres of rolling hills, directly off of a paved road. The home is 1800 square feet; 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths- one with a jetted, 6-foot tub. The open floor plan allows for family time- cooking, playing games, or watching a movie. For outdoor time, there is a large yard for roaming or playing yard games, a fire pit, and a propane grill for grilling burgers, steak, kabobs and more! Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed, up to 2, for $50 for the stay. No cats, please, as the owner is allergic. Please pick up after your dog, keep off the bedding/furniture (or bring your own bedding to lay down). Do not leave unattended in the house while you are gone for the day, unless they are crated. The housekeeper appreciates sweeping up hair, if your fur baby is a hair dropper! 😁
