Ashley's place is perfect for a family that wants to float the river and unplug from hustle and bustle. The sky is free from light pollution and you can see tons of stars. We had a peaceful visit AND got to see the eclipse!!

The Cabin was the best place for a great family getaway! There was plenty of room, a full kitchen and an amazing deck! We will DEFINITELY be booking again!!! 10/10!

Cool place. Short walk or drive to Gilbert General store. Very peaceful and beautiful area. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend.

Cool old house with lots of comfortable sleeping. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The big deck on the back was awesome, the grill was perfect. The street was quiet and the river and general store are super close.

Great historic home to unplug in a quaint river town. I really enjoyed my time at Ashley’s. It brought me back to childhood playing at my great grandparent’s house on a hot summer day. We spent a lot of time on the back porch, canoed on the Buffalo, bought art at the gallery close by, and watched fireworks from the General Store. I enjoy cooking and had what we needed. Like most Air BnBs bring ziplock bags, foil, and some good ground coffee if that’s your thing. The population of Gilbert is 26 so it’s tiny and the people are friendly. We barely had reception and keep in mind this is a place meant for unplugging so no streaming or wifi. We enjoyed the DVD player and nice collection of older movies. The house stayed nice and cool.
