The Cart Barn is the perfect location to stay while visiting: historic cities of York & Leeds. The Oakwood at Ryther wedding venue. Transport can be provided to & from venue. Train station 10 minutes walk away with regular trains to York, within 10 minutes & Leeds within 20 minutes. Only a 5 minutes drive to East Leeds Airport or Sherburn Aero Club. Perfect for pilots, crew or passengers looking for an overnight stay. If travelling by road, the M1, A1, A64 & A63 links, a short drive away. This is a very cosy & clean double bedroom in a converted, level living cart barn providing guests with a comfotable & private environment. A spacious 3 pc shower room is right next door. No creeping down any hallways. The room has tea & coffee making facilities. A continental breakfast is avaible, if required, & on a lovely morning maybe taken in the garden.

Really homely place, very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Host sets the standard for others to follow. Ten minute train journey to York, very conveniently located near to the station, the local shop and pub.

A good gastro pub, The White Horse, serving good food, a short walk away & a lovely community shop stocked with everything, including "Made in Yorkshire" produce & gifts.
The Cart Barn has private parking.
Many destinations can be made by road, train or plane or helicopter.
