Stayed here during October 2023 Full disclosure, I have stayed at this house while it was a private residence and we loved the location so much, we paid out of pocket to return now that it is a fabulously run Airbnb. The house is comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully supplied with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. The location is great for accessing outdoor activities, places to eat, and touristy attractions for families, while remaining private and quiet. We did have one minor issue with the heat malfunctioning in the basement during our last night but the host team was quickly responsive and apologetic. I appreciated the professionalism and graciousness with which they handled this problem. Of note, the stairs to the second floor are steep and could be difficult for some with mobility issues to access. There is a very comfortable bedroom and full bathroom on the ground floor.

If you’re looking for a quiet spot in the white mountains this is it. Easy checkin, plenty of parking, quiet neighborhood and a perfect jumping off point for all our activities in North Conway. Highly recommend!

Host was accommodating to an early check in and late check out. Home was spacious for our two families. Close to story land! The home does not have air conditioning which is in the description but the home got very hot due to sky lights in the bedrooms and no window coverings. There is a fan for the bedrooms but the house still got very very hot. the pool was a great feature on a hot day but pool was not very clean. Basement was updated and additional bed downstairs was great. rest of house still outdated.

Great stay. Perfect for our two families. Appeared to have some recent updates. Loved the finished basement! Great location close to North Conway. Only recommendation would be to have somewhere to put full trash bags other than the foyer.
