Forget your worries in this spacious and serene apartment located in Beautiful Torbay. Our, lovingly named, Mermaid's Landing has it's own separate entrance, full kitchen, sea-themed rooms, large windows and cozy atmosphere. Nestled on a quiet residential street with views of surrounding forests and a glimpse of the ocean, it will make you feel like you are vacationing in the middle of nature, all while being a 15 min drive from both the airport and the largest city in the province: St. John's. Mermaid's Landing is part of a 2 apartment home. It has it's own separate entrance, full kitchen with cozy bar-height dining table (seats 2), three piece bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and a Livingroom. *Note: Private laundry facilities available to guests with stays of 7 or more nights.

Great location, easy to find and very clean.

We were having a house built and there was quite a bit of a delay. We ended up staying 7 weeks which is a much longer stay than normal. Right from the beginning we knew we had made the right pick as Aly met us outside on day one to greet us. If you are looking for a home away from home this is it. Everything you need is here. From extra linens, to a full kitchen, large TV, fantastic wifi strength, and plenty more. Aly constantly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and advice on local events that she thought we might be interested in. One of the main reasons we were first drawn to this AirBNB is the way pets are welcomed and valued. We have an 85lb Chesapeake and he was able to play every day in the backyard. We could tell they were very welcoming to our pet and it made us feel very at ease. All in all I can’t imagine a place that could be any better than this. Thank goodness we were able to stay here for this length of time. Definitely highly recommend.

Amazing stay! The best place to go that will make you and your pets feel at home. Alyssa was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back next time we’re in town :)
