Lovely apartment with fantastic access to beautiful beach with great views of the sea from the garden. Lovely walks from the flat and great local steam train for visiting Corfe castle nearby. The kitchen was well equipped and the flat was cosy and well furnished with a personal touch. Only big disappointment was the bathroom. The shower simply had no pressure with a fine spray of water so impossible to wash hair or shower off properly after a swim in the sea. It desperately needs updating, also the plug didn’t work in the sink so difficult for washing and shaving. Apart from the bathroom we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location for a few days away. Beach just 2 minutes away - ideal for that early morning dip. Breakfast and tea in the garden overlooking the bay. Apartment is so well stocked with everything you need. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in! Thank you.

An absolutely fabulous stay and can't recommend enough. This property is amazing, literally on the edge of a cliff with 'The Cabin' beneath overlooking the beach for delicious breakfasts/seafood/cocktails ... we were in our element. The bed is like a cloud to sleep in, kitchen very well equipped and generally an idyllic place to just chillax. We found the shower a tad 'sprinkly' and not as hot as we would have liked (and on the recommended setting), however we came to the conclusion that it all depends on what you are used to at home ;o) As for eats, I'd recommend booking ahead if you want a guaranteed meal out. We had drinks at The Pig on the Beach (a fabulous location, pricey and apparently the service not as good as it used to be - but we loved it for drinks), Shell Bay (amazing location and would highly recommend just for the experience). The Salt Pig was booked up, as was Rick Steins on Sandbanks. Thank you Austin and Gabrielle - we absolutely loved our stay. KR's

Great little flat, ideally situated for stunning views and access to amazing scenery along the South West Coast Path.

As described no parking and a lots of the streets around are double yellow lines. We found one space at the bottom of the road/ hill to park at each day but we were off season mid march. Loved the house! It had a lovely energy. Really clean, nicely decorated and the guitars were a lovely touch! Lots of kitchen items. V comfy bed and had lovely nights sleep. Amazing view of the sea too! Host always replied/ answered the phone straight away and was friendly. Dishwasher not washing properly so couldn't use it and no salt or rinse aid to resolve it. Although it lists towels we only got a hand towel and a tea towel! No bath towels or even a hand towel for the kitchen. Host did when questioned give us bath towels though. He said it was in the welcome manual but it didn't actually state to be aware no bath towels. Only a small amount of a loo roll and ran out. Host said only supply 1 roll which we didn't even get that so had to buy. Running out of loo roll never a good thing! Shower poor
