Krakovska apartments are located in cultural heritage Krakovo neighborhood, quiet peaceful area on the edge of old city center. This urban farming area is pedestrian only zone, where farmers houses from 18th century are surrounded by lush gardens. Just a few steps from Ljubljanica river and walking distance to major museums, galleries and numerous cafes and restaurants. Eipprova street, very popular with locals, filled with bars and restaurants is just 200 meters away. The apartment is located in the farmers house from 1776 protected as cultural heritage. The building has been completely renovated in 2022. This is duplex apartment with bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and kitchen/dining are on the first floor. From the first floor you are also able to access balcony.

Our stay here has been absolutely delightful. There’s everything you may need and more. We were even spoiled with a welcome Prosecco, local chocolate and maps of the city! It’s a beautiful, clean and comfortable cozy little house that makes you feel right at home. It’s modern and very aesthetic if you’re interested in that kind of experience. It’s a short walk along the river from the city centre, but still close to restaurants, a bakery, bus stations and even a club (nonetheless it’s very private and quiet). Savo has been quick in replying to messages and always friendly. I highly recommend staying at his house and hope I’ll be able to come back myself in the future. 100% worth the money.

Savo est un hôte très agréable, toujours prompt à répondre aux messages et qui a fait preuve de souplesse pour les horaires du check out. l'appartement est idéalement placé à Ljubljana, dans un quartier calme tout en étant à l'extrême proximité du centre historique. équipements et propreté impeccable et une gentille attention avec des boissons au frais pour l'arrivée. Je recommande vivement le logement de Savo et le remercie pour l'accueil.
*Overall: Beautiful space, sparkling clean, near bustling area with everything you want to do, and yet extremely private. *Location: Truly ideal, near the end of the busiest part of river/town center. Entrance is on a street on which only local cars are allowed, so very quiet. *Aesthetics/vibe: Really beautifully decorated in terms of colors, tiles, pictures, & kitchen arrangement is lovely & yet so functional. Windows face multiple directions & skylights open--nice to create cross-breeze. Lovely outside seating area with view of church. *Space/size: Larger than it appeared in photos. Main bathroom more spacious than most EU flats. I was just one person but it would work well for a couple with an older child. There are quite steep stairs inside, so might not be safe for toddler or adult with mobility problems. *Amenities: I cooked many meals, did laundry; everything great. *Communication: Savo was a quick, helpful, personable host. He left thoughtful drinks/snacks. I'll return! Hvala.
A most excellent place to stay. The flat had more amenities than I could imagine and everything is thought out to be practical for the guests. Savo was always quick to respond and really made my stay an easy breeze.

On Emonska ulica you can see the old Roman wall that surrounded the Roman city, Emona.
You are just a few steps from Ljubljanica river and walking distance to major museums, galleries as well as numerous cafes and restaurants.
Eipprova street, very popular with locals, filled with bars and restaurants is just 200 meters away.
Since the apartments are in the pedestrian area you will not be able to drive directly to the apartments.
You can stop on the crossroad of Krakovska ulica and Emonska cesta just 40 meters from the apartments to drop-off your luggage.
Parking is possible in the nearby streets - Mirje, Emonska cesta and cost 0,80 EUR per hour during 7:00 and 19:00 (so 9,60 EUR per day), weekends are free.
Please note that that parking needs to be extended after 6 hours, but you can do this remotely via app.
Parking is also possible on public parking lot NUK2, located 150m away, it is a bit more expensive 1,20 EUR per hour during 6:00 and 22:00 but only 2 EUR per whole night (so in total 21,20 EUR per 24 hours).
