It doesn’t get much better than this! Gorgeous little studio apartment right by the beach and ride pools. Only a 10 minute drive to the local super and surf or you can even bike if you prefer. Some amazing restaurants nearby and you also got Taco Night on Fridays literally right around the corner. It’s just the right amount of privacy but still close enough to town to enjoy yourself. The yard is beautiful too! Meadow and her groundskeeper, who’s there very often, are super helpful and attentive. It’s definitely the best affordable place in town.

Luna Marea was great! The property and studio were both very peaceful, quiet, remote, clean, and well maintained. Meadow is a fantastic communicator and offered perfect directions and recommendations prior to my arrival in Pavones, everything was as described in her listing and the reviews. I definitely enjoyed opening the large screened windows throughout the night and sleeping and waking to the sounds of the surf and wildlife. The rocky point sunsets and sunrises at the base of their place are phenomenal, there’s a well worn flat spot on top of the largest rock that I took full advantage of sitting on each day. I had an SUV which made getting down to Pavones Point for surfing easy; the surf was fantastic with great locals and people from all over in the lineup. There’s a supermarket next to the surf spots and Meadow’s place had everything that I needed to cook all my meals and keep my cold groceries. Abner is as cool as can be and we had a fun adventure together. All the best!

Ac worked great. I needed it as it is very hot there. Ocean across road was beautiful. Some small local food restaurants close to ride bikes All was taken care of I needed anything

Meadow is a very responsive host and helpful - as well as the caretaker of the property. I have stayed here more than once and look forward to coming back again. Excellent location in pavones/punta banco. I love being able to walk across a gravel road and be at the beach for mornings and beautiful sunsets. There are some great tidepools nearby. I enjoy long beach walks and an occasional swim in the waves or a tidepool. The place is beautiful and comfortable, everyone is friendly and helpful.
