I recently stayed at this charming Arnb with a beautiful basement, and it was an absolute delight. The location is perfect, nestled in a calm and safe neighborhood just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. From the moment I arrived, Mrs. Bernadette warmth and friendliness made me feel right at home. She is incredibly nice and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The basement itself is a cozy haven, thoughtfully decorated to create a welcoming atmosphere with impressive attention to detail. One of the highlights was the wonderful neighborhood community. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming, adding an extra layer of charm to the overall experience. It's reassuring to be surrounded by such a positive atmosphere. In summary, this Arnb is a delightful place to stay. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home away from home. We stayed at Bernadette’s for a month. The property is beautiful, quiet and spacious. Bernadette is a super host and made us feel welcome. She was helpful, considerate, accommodating and a fantastic conversationalist. We loved at our time on the property and will definitely recommend her house for long stays in Toronto.

I recently had the pleasure of renting an apartment in a prime location and it exceeded all my expectations. The apartment itself was absolutely lovely. It was well-maintained, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It is situated near both subway and bus stations. The proximity to public transportation meant easy access to many amenities, which was also important for me. One of the highlights of my stay was the friendly and welcoming neighbors. It was great to have neighbors who were always ready to lend a helping hand or engage in a friendly conversation. I would also like to express my gratitude to Bernadette, the landlord, for her exceptional hospitality and attentiveness. She was always responsive to any inquiries or concerns I had and helped me a lot. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living experience. Thank you once again to Bernadette for providing such a delightful place.

Excellent place, we stayed our first month in Canada, it has everything we need and a good connection to public transport and above all it has two great hosts Ariel and Bernadette. highly recommended!!!
