特别棒的房间，在顶层，四面都是窗户，特别喜欢。值得一说的是房间太干净了!早餐太棒了!比在五星级酒店吃的还舒服。水果很新鲜。前台的两位美女英语很好，很乐于交流提供建议。地理位置也很棒，出门就是旧街区。推荐给大家。

房间在最顶层 有一个阳台 很舒服 其余三面都是玻璃墙 下楼就是老城区的街道 去哪里都很方便 二十四小时的前台服务 工作人员热情友善

Staying at Hanoi Royal made all the difference for our trip. From the beginning,the staff was very helpful. We secured the airport transport provided. The location is great, walkable to may tourist sites (17mn to the lake, 15mn walk to Train street and the famous Banm Mi 25, great restaurants 1mn nearby ( Bun Cha ta and Hanoi Food culture). It was great to be able to walk to nightlife yet not really be part of it. The staff helped us customize our sightseeing depending on the day and weather. The real local touch we wanted! The room is very spacious, the bed was large and comfortable. It had glass windows all around, although we noticed a new construction right next door so it's not a full 360 view. I loved that they gave us bottles of water everyday & some fruits and snacks in the room were included. The breakfast was an extra touch, I liked the thai dishes and the coffee was adequate. This place perfectly captured the charm and the hustle of Hanoi, would certainly return.

Gorgeous place, felt like a castle, royal treatment, the staff is so friendly, the bath was amazing, breakfast was good (included), I slept soundly, definitely worth it!

Must stay in Hanoi! Not only is this location central to pretty much anything and everything, but the breakfast is awesome and the staff goes above and beyond!! The place was impeccably clean and everyone was so accommodating. They even helped us to exchange money on Sunday, book night train to Da Nang and recommend awesome restaurants. Seriously could not say enough wonderful things about this place! Will not disappoint!
