For me and my family, the home was everything we needed, almost felt like our own home!!! Especially with all that we needed within the apartment (amenities, equipment, security, etc.), and what we lacked, easily accessible to where we are housed. It was well worth it and I would recommend it to my friends who plan to travel there with their family/families :)

Wonderful apartment for a family short stay in Shibuya. Walkable to the scramble and lots of other attractions in the area, but also easy transport. Plenty of food options - restaurants and convenience stores.

The room is spacious enough for four people. The host is responsive and would improve the room conditions based on guests’ suggestions.

Overall our experience was positive. The location was convenient for everything we needed to do in the Shibuya area. It’s a quick 5 minute walk to the station, and it’s a quiet and relaxing place to retreat to after a busy day of sightseeing. It’s a nice apartment, but might seem small if you’re coming from the U.S. Guests should also know that if you’re arriving at night (a rainy night in our case) the lockbox is difficult to find. It’s attached to a vending machine and difficult to see in the dark. I spent way too much time trying to unlock the wrong lockbox, as I was unaware there were two.I also had to clean the bathroom—there was hair on the floor, and it just didn’t feel as clean I would have liked. However, the host was quick to offer a cleaning service the next morning, so we were happy about that. If you are used to traveling and finding your own way, this could be a good stay. I speak some Japanese so we were able to ask for help when our grumpy taxi driver wasn’t helpful.
