Enjoyed my stay at Christia's 3BR condo. She left very clear instructions regarding check-in and check-out. She was also always responsive to any concerns I had. The condo is spacious, and my group of 7 adults and 1 child were able to coexist with no issues for a night. The bedrooms each have a bed that fits 2 people, but there are also 2 extra floor mattresses for the maximum of 8 people for the listing. There are 4 ACs, and they all work well with easily accessible remotes. We were also able to utilize the daycare, playground, gym, and pool of the condo. The daycare and playground are so-so, just good enough to spend maybe 10-15 mins in. There are multiple pools with 2 of them shallow enough for kids! The gym is fairly decently equipped, although it closes at 10pm. The place is very close to Mitsukoshi, Landers, and Uptown Mall so we didn't run out of places to go to. All in all a great experience, and I'll definitely try to do it again!

Hosts were responsive but we had many issues with the cleanliness. We stayed a few nights, went to Baguio for a week, and came back. There were still items that we had accidentally left from the first stay, pee on the toilet seat, and dried rice on the chairs. Good location but we had a very bad experience with cleanliness

The property has superb location, being only a few steps from restaurants and uptown mall. Ma’am Christia has been a very accomodating host and has responded to concerns and questions immediately. Great stay overall
