Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. Sleeping up to 5 at this three-bedroom, traditional end-terrace house on Poplar Road, situated within a stones throw of the Cleethorpes Beach. With just a short walk to the end of the street you will be greeted by the excellent views of the traditional amusement rides, beach and promenade. The property has a driveway for your ease of parking or is a short walk away from the train station. You will have access to the whole house. As you enter you will find the first bedroom on the ground floor which has the single bed. The router is also situated in here. Continuing on you will find the living room with the dining table. At the back is the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has a bath and shower. In the kitchen you will find the oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The back door is here and leads to the concrete garden. Up the steep stairs you will find a front bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and TV. In the back bedroom is another double bed, wardrobe and TV. There is a small room off this bedroom with the boiler within should you need access. The house has central heating which is controlled by the thermostat opposite the stairs.
The listing was not clean, cleaners has not attended, with damp towels left on beds and doors. The kitchen wasn’t clean, something had exploded or leaked in the door and fridge unit. The kitchen bin was full and the bathroom was dirty with previous occupants shower things left and bath visibly dirty. A toothbrush had been left on the side. The beds hadn’t been changed and a vape and deodorant can had been left on a bed with pillows strewn on the bed and floor. A full glad had been left my a tv and the house did not smell clean or smoke free. The hosts apologised and sent cleaners swiftly but with young children, it’s difficult to wait for 2-3 hours for a house to be cleaned which should have been done before arrival and the smell was not tolerable. With a thorough clean and proper quality checks in place, it could be ok, however, had we seen the outside of the property, we wouldn’t have booked it and it was over priced given similar listings.
Located within Cleethorpes and around 17.5 miles to the south-east of Kingston upon Hull, this home is conveniently situated a short walk from Cleethorpes Station. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and Blundell Park is only a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk.

There is a Tesco Express less than a mile away, and there is also a Tesco supermarket (around 1.7 miles away) within easy reach.
If you enjoy visiting the cinema, there is a Parkway cinema about 1.3 miles away in Cleethorpes.
