We found this place after arriving at another accommodation and finding it flooded and unlivable. After a quick search we booked and paid and received an immediate response allowing us to arrive within 10 minutes of leaving the other listing. The host was friendly, provided clear instructions and most importantly was super responsive. The house was a little tired (marks on walls and stain on rug) but otherwise modern and clean. The bedding was fresh and clean and beds very comfortable. There is only one bathroom (as per the listing) which is very small but perfectly usable. The kitchen extension is good and living space as advertised. Although only on street parking we never struggles to get a space on the same street - often right outside. Cleethorps promenade is a short walk away and the football ground right next door - there was a match on when we were there and we were not negatively affected in anyway. For a simple bolthole when visiting the area, I would recommend.
Nice cosy house near to beach location.
Gin our host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house is perfect for families and in a great location if you have a car. We are here visiting family and it was the perfect home from home. Spacious, clean and warm and great games table which kept our boys happy for hours! Will def book again.
