Stylishly modern, fully furnished & extremely comfortable. The large living room has a Sony 4K Smart TV, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and a DVD player stocked with 50+ complimentary DVDs to enjoy. High speed satellite WiFi throughout. There are 2 private entrances, with a Nest/Yale Smart-lock on the front entry door. Enjoy direct access to a large private screened-in porch out back where you can sip on drinks or eat dinner at the slate dining table that seats 6, 5’ Wicker Bench Swing, sandbox & jungle gym for the kids, practice putting on the artificial green area surrounding the gas fire pit, or if you’d like, simply kick back and enjoy the large fully privacy fenced yard as you BBQ or toast marshmallows and make s’mores. When you’re ready to dip your toes in the sand & swim with the fish, walk out the front door and follow the signed brick path to the sidewalk & boardwalk of the Emerald Promenade Access 7. There the Sawgrass, white sandy beaches and the emerald green Gulf of Mexico water await. If you feel adventurous, make your way 2 houses West and cut north to enjoy the Bay. (You’re really on an island) Lifeguards are on duty daily from 8a - 5p; and from the house- looking past the public WC pavilion- you can see the beach flags that indicate the current water conditions & if there are any riptide hazards to expect. The 2mi Walking path is out the front door & there are both bikes/yoga mats that you can borrow.
