Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Elvira, la maison était parfaite pour 3 couples. La piscine était très agréable, vu la chaleur, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Elvira, l'environnement est très paisible, avec des paysages magnifiques. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables, tout était propre et la maison était spacieuse et charmante. La communication a été claire et fluide, tout s'est bien passé lors de ce séjour !

Beautiful place in a remote location. I was travelling with my children and a friend for a week of sunshine and peace & quiet and that is exactly what we got. Very private garden, full of sunshine and the pool is super. My children aged 5 and 7 loved it. I especially loved the outdoor dining area. House stays wonderfully cool in summer despite the August heat. Internet good for work (didn’t try video conferences). Elvira was very responsive. Adriano was very friendly and always on hand to help with any requests and pointed out local events and made recommendations. My children loved the loft room, although we chose to use it during the day only. I think mine were too young to manage the ladder/steps during the night so they stayed with me in the large bedroom. We would definitely recommend this place.

Casale immerso nel verde con grande charme. La zona notte è composta da2grandi stanze,uno spazio comune con un letto singolo con un soppalco con2materassi singoli a terra. La zona giorno:un saloncino con camino,2 divani letto e una grande cucina abitabile. Il magnifico patio permette di pranzare all'esterno in calde giornate estive e cenare fuori in serate più fresche. Un'altra grande terrazza affacciata sulla valle rende il casale ancora più accogliente e versatile. La piscina,circondata da fiori e piante aromatiche è esposta sempre al sole,con varie zone d'ombra attorno durante tutto l'arco della giornata. Per raggiungere la casa è necessario contattare Adriano,il collaboratore della Sig.ra Elvira,perché la localizzazione GPS non permette di raggiungere il sito autonomamente. La dotazione della cucina richiede qualche piccolo intervento di ammodernamento, ma la Sig.ra Elvira è stata molto disponibile e ha permesso di superare alcune "incomprensioni"nate con Adriano.

Das Haus und der Außenbereich sind wirklich wunderschön. Alt, aber dafür hat es den italienischen Charme. Adriano hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und kam auch immer, bis auf einmal, wenn man ihn gebeten hat. Leider auch mal eine Stunde zu spät, aber ich glaube die Uhren ticken in Italien einfach ein bisschen anders. :) Zum Schluss kam er aber pünktlich um 4 Uhr morgens, da wir früh abreisen wollten um den starken Verkehr zu umgehen. Das Haus ist sehr privat und idyllisch und vor allem die umgebenden Orte wie Poggio Mirteto sind wunderschön!
