Liz and Oliver were amazing hosts. I came here with my family and everyone felt comfortable and at home. The home is absolutely stunning - somehow better than the photos. The location is perfect if you’re looking to explore Acadia and is near its own charming town. Just keep in mind the road there can get alot of traffic during the fall season but even with the delays we felt it was still worth it. Detailed notes were left throughout the house to assist us with the appliances and label were items went - super helpful. Check out instructions look a bit time consuming but we were all able to complete it within 30 min so. We reached out a few times during our stay with questions and everything was answered promptly.

It was our first time in Maine and it was amazing! We loved the house and the grounds. Wished they had a fire pit or heat lamp and adirondack chairs in the yard to enjoy the outside more. But over all the house had everything we needed. We ate most of our meals at the house and the kitchen is well-equipped. Elizabeth and Oliver were very quick to respond to all of our questions and needs.

Oliver and Elizabeth's place is exactly as described. It's beautiful, spacious and private with a beautiful yard. The peaches and apples in the backyard are a bonus. The only problem we had was finding the house when we reached at night. The directions on maps after you turn in to the lane are missing leading us to take a wrong turn. Luckily, the second car we had in our group took the right turn and were able to get us back on track. However, the communication with Oliver was perfect. He was very responsive to my questions thruout our stay, always responding immediately. I'll recommend their place for anyone planning a trip to that part of the country.

We had a great experience at this property. The owner was always responsive to my questions throughout the experience and provided a wonderful place for our stay. The home itself was fantastic, providing a peaceful experience after long days in Acadia and Bar Harbor with a great kitchen, nice gathering spaces, and a phenomenal master bath. This was the perfect place to recharge and reset, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience.

Elizabeth and Oliver have a fantastic house that somehow seems bigger and better than the pictures say. It’s well maintained, clean and there were tiny notes left all over the place with helpful instructions. The 4.5 baths is a great plus and was more than enough for our group of 8. We had a wonderful three day stay and if we ever end up revisiting Acadia, we’ll definitely book this place again!
