Introducing my beautifully furnished studio apartment featuring a comfortable bedroom, with a combined dining and living area, a modern bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The well equipped kitchen provide everything you need. Apartment is air conditioned and all equipment for your comfort. The apartment can be accessed through a spacious and elegant corridor, adding to its overall charm. The apartment primarily features 1 bedroom. However, additional partitions can be created using lamellar roller blinds, transforming it into 2 bedrooms.

Wir haben uns mit zwei Kinder sehr sehr gut gefühlt. Der Apartment ist klein und hat alles parat was man braucht. Im Sommer der Klimaanlage ist Goldwert, es hat uns vor den hohen Temperaturen gerettet. Die Wohnung liegt relativ zentral, trotzdem sehr ruhig und man schnell bei öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln. István war immer erreichbar und hat uns bei allem geholfen was wir brauchten. Absolut empfehlenswert, kommen gerne wieder.

About street parking:
between Friday evening (from 22:00) and Monday morning (to 08:00), it is completely free on the street! So the whole weekend is free. On weekdays, it is not, that is why my listing says both of the following options: free parking and paid parking.
Parking costs 600 HUF (about 1,5 EUR) per hour between 08:00 and 22:00 on weekdays around my apartment.
Parking zones are 3088, 3082 and 3083 around my apartment. The parking zone depends on which street you park on. You could check it on the parking machine. Parking can also be arranged via an app. Name of app: Easypark.
In certain streets, parking is reserved exclusively for residents during specified time periods. Please pay close attention to the signage indicating these restrictions.
