This property ended up being perfect for us, with 4 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, and a living room for relaxing. Comfortable beds, blackout blinds, in-floor heating, on-demand hot water, smart TV, and keyless entry. Kitchen included all the usual appliances, plus a Keurig machine. Location is good, although realistically it's best to rent a car for exploring the city and driving out to view the Northern Lights. Parking spot was handy. Jean was quick to respond to questions before and during the stay. I would certainly return to this property on a future trip to Yellowknife. Be sure to drop into the Visitor Centre on your first day to get a free city parking pass and tips for attractions and tours.

This location is perfect if you want easy access to store and restaurants or if you have an appointment at the hospital. The house was extremely clean. The host was easy to contact and resolved an issue with the heat right away! I great place to stay for groups I would highly reccomend.
