We want to give our guests the opportunity to experience Littlehampton and the amazing and beautiful areas around it. The beach is only a few steps away, with a huge green space along most of the prom, and all the best attractions are within a couple of minutes walk. We recently fully renovated the whole property, using upcycled and recycled materials wherever possible. We're really excited for guests to see it! It's the perfect holiday hub; comfortable, convenient and full of character. The cottage itself was built in the 1850's and is located in the Littlehampton Seafront Conservation Area. It was originally built as a workshop (possibly a bakery) and more recently converted to a residence. The cottage has one master bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor is an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area. The second bedroom is located on a loft platform, which forms a 'mezzanine' above the living space. This bedroom may not be suitable for very small children as it is accessed by some steep stairs. However, we think that older children and younger adults will love the unique and fun space, it kind-of has the feel of a tree-house!
