Our stay at this comfortable home was fabulous. Great location easy access to 290 to Fredericksburg. The home was clean and everything we needed was provided. Joe was very responsive to text and had great recommendations. Great place to stay. You will love your stay here.

We loved staying here! It was so nice having space for my toddler in the same room without having to share a bed or trying to tiptoe around her! The house is so charming and we loved the backyard space. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in town!

We were a group of 5 in Johnson City to watch the eclipse. I couldn’t have picked a better location. The house was so cute, spotless, and had everything we needed. Joe had a welcome gift and eclipse glasses that we appreciated. I wished we had more time to explore but will definitely choose to stay here again.
