Very accessible fully furnished condo unit located at the heart of the Iloilo business center. This condo unit is located at the Megaworld Iloilo Festive walk mall. It’s just walking distance to Starbucks and the restaurants and cafes district in Iloilo business center. This One-bedroom condo unit is bigger than most of the 1bedroom units in the area. Total unit area is around 56sqm, with a living area, dining area and a kitchen equipped with complete kitchen utensils and cook wares. A terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee before the amenities view can be accessed through the living area. Bedroom is provided with a separate air condition unit and a queen-size bed to guarantee comfortable sleep and relaxation.

The place was very nice and spotlessly clean! The area was also peaceful and quiet. You can enjoy a good amount of walking and/or exercise going around Festive Walk. Easily accessible to taxi and grab. Highly recommended if you want to explore Iloilo. Host was also responsive. I just hope some extra linens, floor rug in CR, and working clock are provided. But newly washed and clean linens and bath towels are available for convenience. Hot and cold shower is working perfectly fine, no problem with water pressure. Nice and new amenities, you feel like you’re entering your own new condo in the city.

Known hotels line Courtyard by Marriot and Richmonde are also within the vicinity., iloilo convention center is also walking distance from the condo building.
Plenty of restaurants and cafes like Starbucks and Coffee bean and tea leaf are just within walking distance from the condo. Everything is already in the Megaworld area where the condo building is located. Festive walk mall, where you can have access to their free parking area, know hotel brands like Courtyard by Marriot and Richmonde, and lots of bars and nightlife establishments.
