The perfect way to relax after spending 2 weeks travelling Scotland in a camper van! Very clean and tidy, lovely and peaceful location! And great to have the lambs & horses to keep us company in the mornings! Would recommend!

We had 3 nights here and wish it could have been more. It was perfect. Very private with gorgeous views. Ideal for visiting most of the Lakes. We would definitely come again and highly recommend to anyone. The bed was soooo comfortable 😊 can’t wait to return. The kitchen was lovely. Had everything you needed, not that we cooked anything but if we had wanted to, we could. The milk she left us was appreciated as we forget to buy some so at least hubby could have a brew. The cereal was amazing too. The other great plus for me were the horses. I loved stroking them every time I went out. Thank you so much Helen for a lovely stay.

Frosthwaite farm is the ideal location to stay if you love nature, horses, the countryside, spotless, and high end accommodation and furnishings. Also, it is very convenient to reach Windermere, Kendal, Kirkby Stephen, or Ambleside—within 20 minutes to a half an hour’s hour drive. Helen and Neil are super hosts for a reason: They were friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with. We loved our stay, and cant wait to come back next year!!! Thank you Helen and Neil for everything!

We had a great stay here, lovely and peaceful. Check in was very simple and straightforward, the accommodation was very clean and well presented. We loved how well located it was to explore the Lake District, easy to drive to much of the area quite easily. There are some good places to eat nearby, either walking distance or a short journey in the car. Would 100% recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing break.
