Lovely house with a lot of extra thoughtful touches. Everything you could possibly need. The photos do not do the house or views justice. Great location short drive to Windermere, Kendal and stavely. High recommend

Lovely property in a stunning and quiet part of the Lakes, but still only 15 minutes from Kendal and Bowness. Property was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. Paul was very communicative and was very helpful with any queries or questions. Would love to stay again when up visiting my relatives

While we were on route to the property, I received a call from Paul saying the property was ready and we could check in early. This was great for us, as we had arrived earlier than expected. The keysafe was easily accessible and we got straight in. The property was very clean and in good condition throughout. The handbook had all the information we needed, Scout scar is definitely worth a visit. The garden is a decent size, and our dog loved it.

We had an amazing stay at Hillgarth. Paul and Jo were on hand when needed and the house was extremely clean and well presented with everything you could need. The location breath taking. We didn't want to leave and have already decided to return. Hopefully sooner rather than later!!

Brilliant place to stay to explore Lakes or to stay locally and cycle, walk from the house. Lovely garden to sit out in, would definitely return
