This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. its just 6 minutes away from Melbourne airport, 7 minutes away from the beach, 2 minutes away from historic downtown, 2 min away from sailing club and all the major grocery stores are just 5 min away. This place is an older duplex, but it is well maintained. This is my second home and I rent it out when I am not there. very cutely designed. freshly painted new tub very comfy bed. We always work on it to improve and maintain it at all times.

Good location to be near the beaches (3 miles) and near places to observe KSC launches.

Very quick responsive host, easy check-in, not hard to find, but will say too noisy due to being too close to the train tracks and insane amount of train activity late at night not for light sleepers. overall great experience

It is upcoming neighborhood 2 min away from historic downtown, six min from melbourne Airport five minutes from the beach and you can bring your dogs to the beach as well. it has a lot to offer with that being said we would advise to lock car and the house if you are not around
