Place was very nice, super clean and felt very homie. It is located beneath a house so just be aware that it’s not a separate location. Would stay again if I come back to ithica!

We were only there for one night, but it was a great space and was a close drive to Cornell. Everything was spotless. I hope we can return when we have more time!

Our stay at the studio was nothing short of excellent. The apartment was impeccably clean, nicely decorated, and incredibly welcoming. The location couldn't have been more convenient; situated within walking distance of Ithaca Commons, we were able to explore the area with ease. Plus, the easy parking made coming and going a breeze. A huge thank you to the hosts for providing such a wonderful experience. We will definitely come back!

Easy to park nearby. Walking distance to downtown Ithaca. Has a private balcony overlooking the gorge and shared outdoor space by the rushing stream. Great communication with Kelsea. Will likely want to stay again.

We were only in Ithaca one night and Tim and Kelsea’s place was convenient (so close to everything, yet also tucked away and special) and as described. We enjoyed the view and were picturing it looking more beautiful later in spring and fall. Check-in and check-out was easy and we appreciated the info they left for us!
