J's home was extremely clean, beautiful, and in a safe neighborhood. It was VERY well stocked and had all kinds of fun beach/swimming stuff for my little guy! We left a fishing pole to add to the collection. Check in and out was extremely easy.

This was such a a fabulous landing spot for our family! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, the house is pristine, and we felt so at home! When we arrived everything was perfect - very clean and organized and ready for us to settle in easily! Little touches were noticable too - beach/pool towels + toys, laundry detergent, travel toothpaste/brushes, extra trash bags, etc. - the things you don't want to have to run out to grab, especially on your first day! J couldn't have been more friendly or responsive. We will be back!! Thanks for being a wonderful host!

J's house is clean, comfortable, and full of amenities. He was exceptionally responsive and very helpful with instructions. We especially enjoyed the pool and the view of the golf course. I would highly recommend this property if you are interested in staying near Boca Grande.

Our family had a blast here! The Airbnb is well-stocked and comfortable, and the hosts truly think of everything. J was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had while we were there. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area!
