The place was lovely, incredibly cosy and beautiful surroundings. We had to leave early due to a work thing and Michelle was an amazing host, super responsive and accommodating to such a last minute booking and change. Not a complaint at all but just a heads up to any guests bringing a dog, there isn’t really any green space around for ‘potty breaks’ & there were quite a few stray dogs in the area & dog houses around the property for free roaming dogs who weren’t friendliest. Just something to be aware of. We appreciated our lovely stay!

We had a lovely time at Michelle’s place! The house is cozy and fully equipped and very warm even though we weren’t allowed to use the fireplace, which was a pity. The location is great to do some hiking in the surroundings.

Michelle was amazing and so was the property. The town/village is magical. While not super busy, we saw many locals walking around in the morning. GPS will not indicate any restaurants in town but there are two. One is a bar/deli/coffee shop within a 3-5 min walk from house. Told he had freshly baked croissants and made me a great cappuccino. Then there’s a place about 150-200 past the first one which looks like a beach/tiki bar. They serve lunch and dinner. We have grilled chicken, grilled pork chop, fries, and pasta. They also serve great lattes/cappuccinos. The property is beautiful and the views from the balconies/windows are peaceful and zen-like. I look forward to return with a bit more time to take it all in. Also, don’t forget to visit the gorge and waterfall just down the road from the town. Thanks!!!
