This Airbnb exceeded our expectations! It was my first time personally booking an Airbnb and it was very easy to access which made the experience great. The home was clean, well organized, cozy, and had cute decorations. I enjoyed the amenities featured in the bnb description and it was nice to have a kitchen with plenty of utensils. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a cozy stay just outside of Rochester!

With our visit being for appointments at Mayo, we had to change up our original reservations a few times and James was always quick to respond and accommodate our needs. We will most likely be coming back for follow up procedures and we will definitely consider booking this unit again.

Spacious for a family of five with young adults. Appreciated the comfy sitting area, coffee and kitchen. Easy to find, safe neighborhood. Very close to Rochester. Great value for price. Beds were comfortable for us. Available amenities we didn’t use this time like porch, tvs, washer. Even had family games. Definitely great value!
