Our family stayed at "Soothing Nest" for a week and would definitely recommend it. Everything was just as the listing described and was the perfect location for us. There are some pros and cons to being so close to the Marathon airport, however. The airplane noise can be heard along with vehicle traffic on the main road starting at around 7 am. For us, we were usually up early anyway so it didn't impact us that much. If you are someone who is looking to sleep in with minimal morning noise, this might be an issue for you. We did enjoy watching the planes take off in the afternoon while we were hanging out at the pool. We loved that the property offered canal/dock access which allowed us to rent a pontoon boat. Make sure you check for manatees! We loved the deck in the mornings for coffee and the beautiful views of the mature palm trees surrounding the pool area. All the rooms and beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was perfect! Yaymi's communication for questions was great too! 5*!

we had a wonderful vacation here! the house was clean and comfy. Beautiful pool. You hear the planes a lot during the day from the airport but we didn't hear a single one when we were trying to sleep. also great location close to lots of restaurants, parks and beaches. everything is a 5 minute drive away.

Great location - docked both a 17' Skiff and 19' Open Fisherman without issue - at the end of a canal with little traffic. Met a local manatee a couple of times on the back dock. We enjoyed access to everything Marathon has to offer and being a reasonable distance for Key West or Key Largo - plenty of things to do on the water and amenities close by. House was in great condition and as described - thank you!

The cleanest place I have ever stayed. Everything was great - lots of parking, a walking trail across the street, a place to park our ski trailer and the ramp was just down the street. Highly recommend.
