The space features:
This is a one bedroom condo with a full kitchen, 2-seat bar, laundry (in the unit), living area, bedroom with closet, and luxurious bathroom. There is a locked front door to the building and then this condo is on the lower level with a secure, heavy glass garden door. There are steps to get to the condo, that can be used as a stoop for sitting and people watching. There are no steps in the space.
Kitchen features:
In the Kitchen, you'll find a gas stove and oven (with stainless steel hood vent), dishwasher, full refrigerator, large sink with garbage disposal, and microwave.
Plenty of light comes in through the large windows next to the counter. Two bar stools at Island for eating. These windows are equipped with pull down IKEA blinds for privacy. Pull down rod available.
Living Room features:
For relaxing, the living area has a comfortable couch with a plush blankets and reading material available on the storage unit next to it. Watch any streaming service on the smart 4K projector Xfinity flex TV. The Nest air sensor tells you the current temperature and humidity level. Air purifier with HEPA filter.

A: Projector Remote- power on, go to HDMI 1 on the left hand side of the Home Screen. This remote manages the volume. Grab remote B.
B: Xfinity Flex Remote- power on, after you click on HDMI 1 using the projector remote, click home button on the Xfinity Flex remote, you may use your sign ins for your app accounts from your mobile device to screen cast a show, what is included with Chic Diplomat are Peacock, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime, and any of the free movie and TV apps featured. Always click the home button to go back to the main app dashboard. If you need to adjust the subtitles click on the “i” button on the remote. Then click up on the silver square on the remote to see information options.
C: Sound Bar Remote- power on, the light is white with a greenish hue indicating on, control the sound, the sound bar is connected via the AUX, so click on AUX button on this remote if the sound isn’t working; not BT or Bluetooth. The sound is best with the AUX.
Bedroom features:
Relax in the queen size bed with luxurious bedding and sheets. With 2 ceiling windows on the side, you'll have plenty of sunlight and feel like you're outside. These windows have shades that can allow a varying degree of light or none. 3” mattress topper with pressure point focused by Casaluna. Down alternative comforter with 6 available pillows.
On the night stands on each side of the bed there are lamps and wireless chargers for your phones. The lamps change settings when you touch them. These can be recharged using the chargers stored in the white storage bins in the storage unit in the living room.
The bedroom features a walk-in closet with plenty of hangers for your attire.
There is an ironing board and iron for your use also.
Bathroom features:
There is a rain shower with a handheld head in a tiled, spacious shower room. There is storage under the sink and extra towels underneath the cabinet. Please note the bathroom is by the kitchen and not in the bedroom.
Guest access:
You'll have full access to the entire condo. You will have the key to the door which is a garden door and requires a lift of the hand latch to the left to lock.

Parking:
Multiple garages within a 5 minute walk, recommended garages 1 minute walk away (one block). Non-Resident street parking is available in the area, but we don't recommend it (time consuming to find, often further than the garages, etc...). Read the signs if you do decide to park on the street. Whole Foods (one block away on P street) gives 3 hours free parking with a purchase (great for grabbing some groceries and easy check-in). We recommend the garage at 1518 M Street Northwest. Their hours are Mon to Sun 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM, Rates 1h, $10 24h, $30
