This is my 2nd time to book a place thru Airbnb and Catherine definitely sustained the quality of service I had from my 1st booking last year. 1. Location - Mesaverte is situated at the heart of the city and establishments you are most likely to visit are just footsteps away which makes it easier for travelers without private transportation to access them. 2. Condo unit - the actual unit, I wanna say , boasts of what could be, a typical display of how each interior becomes aesthetically pleasing to the senses. It is not the best but still is above the ordinary and you’ve got everything you need. 3. Property owner - my interaction with Catherine stood out across all the factors to weigh in, in choosing which condo to book in any area and the overall experience of your entire stay. She is genuine when she say her “thank you’s” and very receptive to any areas of improvement. 4. Price - waay cheaper I’m telling you! Thank you and I will definitely be back!

Great value condo with friendly and accommodating host, Swift in all my queries and made sure I checked in smoothly. Checked on me from time to time to have me settled in my entire stay which is exceedingly appreciated. The Unit was clean and well maintained with hotel kits. Convenient Unit as it has a mini pantry inside which offers food and drinks (for sale) just in case you forgot to buy one. Location is at the center of the city. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay.

the host is very polite and accommodating, kudos to her for that. unfortunately the place is not that great... if you've been into other hosts or other condotels with the same or near price point you would be a bit displeased. we thought there were essentials as it was indicated in the list - tissue, hand soaps, coffee and others were unavailable and you have to pay for it but we were given two towels for least. the closet was unusable because there was a matress inside, the kitchen sink was not that great either, and there was only one trash bin (so try limiting your trash). but there was wifi amidst all of it. so lower your expectations, and if having a place just to stay for the night is what you're looking for, then it's gonna be okay unless if your a bit meticulous then you might not be very satisfied, yet overall it's okay. surely the host will be improving her unit as she is well travelled and has seen great places and have stayed in in wonderful rooms as well. thank you😊
