Our light and spacious house is perfect for your holiday in Umbria--for a family or group of friends, or as a romantic getaway for a couple. The house is just a few minutes walk to the main squares with their many local restaurants, wine shops, and cafes. Entering on the ground level, you will find a large living room and dining room with access to the private balcony with views of the rolling hills and of sunsets. There is also a large kitchen with breakfast area and valley views and a full bathroom with bathtub. On the top floor, there are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds. The main bedroom has views of the valley and peaceful countryside and the second bedroom has views of the ancient stone city wall. The third bedroom has a single daybed that pulls out into a trundle bed that sleeps 2 people with views of the valley and country. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning. There is a second full bathroom with shower in the upstairs hallway. On the bottom garden-level floor, there is a living/TV room with access to the enclosed and private garden and patio where you can enjoy dinners under the grape trellis or relax in the hanging basket chairs. The laundry room is accessible from the garden. There is free street parking only 70 yards from the house, making this one of the most accessible properties by car in the Centro Storico (historic center) of Spello.
