We were the first guest in this apartment with our 4 grandchildren we are raising. We were in town for a yearly family Memorial Day get-together and it was nice not feeling cramped in a hotel. It was just as described and our grands had a great time catching and releasing fish from the pond. It is quiet, but close to the local towns. We are familiar with the area so we knew about the area. There were a few kinks but nothing major. I think if serving a family they might consider putting a few more pots and pans in as it was hard to cook breakfast for a family, which is generally going to be cooked there as there aren't any restaurants close by. Make sure of what necessities they furnish as well. The property will be very nice once completed. We would highly recommend staying here. Our family was very comfortable here. The Neely Family 2023
