Nice room in a historic little town, no complaints

A clean, attractive room in a charming cottage. Andrea is welcoming, relaxed and thoughtful and West Linton is a very attractive village, with a warm ambience, and lots of lovely walks on the doorstep. Only disappointment for me was lack of anywhere to get a meal (on a Monday evening), but I think at weekends the local pub probably does food.

We enjoyed our stay at Andrea's place which was comfortable and had everything needed for a few nights stay. The room is fairly snug but warm and cosy. We moved the chest of draws that was next to the bed so we could shift the comfortable bed away from the window to allow access to both sides of the bed as there were two of us staying. Andrea was friendly and gave us full use of the kitchen although we only used it to make tea. We would have liked to get to know Andrea better but alas we didn't have time. We recommend Andrea's Airbnb without reservation.

Andrea is a lovely host. Her home is gorgeous, cosy and a delight to visit. If you are visiting the area it’s the perfect place to stay.
