We enjoyed our stay in this newly renovated, well- appointed home. The beds were so comfortable!! It was big enough for 7 people and it was great to be able to bring our dog. It is on a dead end street so there is very little traffic, and it is just steps away from the river. We spent hours in the back porch in the mornings and evenings, either grilling or having coffee watching deer wander through the back yard. We loved being able to walk or bike to get coffee and check out the little shops in town. We drove a few miles to a hike at Tusten Mountain Trail which starts and ends with a place to hang out on the rocks or wade in the water. The house is in a central location to many little towns in the Catskills, including Callicoon, Livingston Manor and Bethel Woods to see the Woodstock Museum. We also took a short drive to the Cochecton Pump house which we recommend if you are there on a weekend! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Our family of 8 and our dog had a fantastic time at the River home on the Delaware! The house is beautiful...it is brand new, spacious, tastefully decorated and has every amenity you would need. We were very comfortable staying there. The Delaware River is across the street and we loved spending time at the river fishing, sitting in the sun, reading and relaxing. This was our first visit to Narrowsburg, which is a very charming town with incredible restaurants and lovely shops. Plamena is awesome and highly responsive, and we knew that we could reach out to her with any questions we had and she would get back to us almost immediately. Plamena's Delaware River Home Guide was so helpful as we enjoyed exploring the area for our first time. There is so much to see and do and after a week's visit, we still did not see all of the sights. We had such a wonderful vacation and did not want to leave! We highly recommend staying here and hope to return again soon!

Wonderful stay. The River house was lovely and very clean. We had a great girls weekend and very much loved how well decorated and furnished the house was. The host was very responsive. We felt safe and right at home. Thank you!

This was a great place to stay for friends and my dog. The place is in a great town with local restaurants and shops all walkable from the house. Inside the space was very comfortable and well designed. Looking forward to returning soon! Plamena was very quick to respond if I had any questions! Highly recommend staying here!

We had such a lovely stay in Narrowsburg, where to begin! We got in later than check in so first thing we did was go to sleep and let me tell you we slept so well! The beds were so comfortable, the sheets felt super soft and the rooms were so cozy. We woke up to a beautiful scene in the morning with deer in the backyard and all this natural light coming in from surrounding big windows. There was a lovely outdoor patio area to enjoy some quiet time and drink your morning coffee or eat a meal. The aesthetic of the home is beyond beautiful and you can tell the host put in lots of time and effort to every detail. Only thing I would note is that there are no blinds covering most of the windows so if you favor privacy then might be a bit eerie but we got used to that. There's a playground nearby for the kids which was awesome and a really cute coffee shop with beautiful views on the water. There's a grocery store in the area too if you need groceries.
