This was a great stay and a great price. It actually is much nicer than the pictures. The master is especially nice with doors that open to the pool. My daughter loved the LED mirror in the master and how you can change the lighting. There are many restaurants nearby, and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The pool area is nice also and enclosed with privacy fence. There is plenty of space for everyone. I especially loved the sofa near the fireplace. I would definitely recommend this place and the just to anyone who is looking. The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful also.
Great property for large group. The home was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was seamless. Hosts were responsive and friendly. They messaged during my stay to make sure everything was going well. Centrally located to shopping and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Will definitely stay again!
My family and I enjoyed staying here we walked in and felt right at home. It was minutes away from everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the pool and didn't want to leave. When we had question the host answered promptly and solved any minor problems we might of had. if we ever have a family vacation in Tampa again we would definitely stay here again.
Nice house with lots of room. Pool and jacuzzi were nice but cold without the option to heat. Location good and near Busch Gardens and Tampa Convention center
Upon arriving we had easy entry to the home. There was ample parking for both trucks and the inside was just as advertised. The house is very spacious and the pool is a great added addition. The location is perfect for getting around to different attractions. If I was ever in need of a place to vacation again I would definitely consider this place. I highly recommend it.

Fawn Ridge neighborhood in Westchase, FL. This is a very quiet and peaceful community that offers easy access to some of the best attractions in the area, located just a short drive from malls as well as to the county bike and jogging path and the Veteran's Expressway.
You also have the facility to enjoy the beach of St. Pete which is classified as the best beach in the United States for its clear water, seashells and sunsets. As well as Honeymoon Island Beach, which offers the opportunity to sunbathe, collect seashells, swim, fish and picnic, and Clearwater Beach with its wide, fine sand that attracts volleyball players, sun worshipers and swimmers.
