We had a wonderful stay at Desa Laguna, and Roderick and his team were the perfect hosts! Everything couldn't have been more perfect. From the concept of the place over the assistance with booking and planning of our trip to the local reception and hospitality, accommodation, food & drinks, team, activities, serenity, sustainability and appreciation for nature and community, the atoll, the beach... It was all just magical! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much not only for our stay but also for what you do for the planet and all its inhabitants... We will surely be back soon!

Desa Laguna Regenerative Village & Resort is a tiny island in the Java Sea, 2 hours away from Jakarta. Our little island can host 50 people and our sleeping options range from tents to glamping tents to huts (beautiful, open air bungalows on the sea-front with majestic views). Our food is delicious and mainly plant based. Our energy comes from the sun, and we source our materials and goods responsibly. We look forward to welcoming you.
