(Detergent provided) Large covered deck with gas fire pit and gas grill that overlooks common grounds and steps away from community pool. Master bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic King bed with attached full bathroom and large walk in closet. All linens included. Kitchen includes gorgeous black stainless steel appliances plus small appliances such as a crockpot, electric skillet, toaster, Coffee Pot and a one cup Keurig (K-cups and coffee not provided). Supplied with steak knives, pots, pans, silverware, place settings and prep bowls are all furnished. Lower level has a large family room with cable and Blue Ray player. Full size Pac-Man Machine with 60 arcade games. Two of the lower level bedrooms have queen beds under twin xl bunks. The fourth bedroom has a king sized bed.
