This was a great stay for our girl’s trip. Great seating outside. Nice fire pit - need wood. Comfortable seating inside. Beds weren’t the most comfortable ever, but definitely fine for a couple of nights. The kitchen was stocked well. The kitchen had so much counter space. The bathrooms were very clean and beautiful. The game cabinet was full of fun and they had a bunch of dvds to watch. I wish they had more lake toys available. They only had one kayak. We had to rent more which was an extra expense after paying a good amount for the house. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, even late on a Friday night! Very impressed!
Had a couple issues in the beginning with the cleanliness of the house which we addressed ourselves. Host said they would call to discuss how they could help remedy our experience but we never heard back from host the next day on this issue. They ask if you want to do early check in to ask the day before which we did. They replied saying they would have us an answer by 5pm and we never received a response on that either. I had to follow up on check in day just to be told they couldn’t accommodate an early check in. Other then these issues the house is in a great location. Beautiful back yard with lots of space for everyone. Area is very quiet and peaceful. Location is well positioned to get into town pretty quick. Overall the family had a great time staying here.
The maintenance of this property is of topnotch. We had a wonderful two day stay here. Lots of fun activities in the local community. Awesome place for a quick getaway experience. The only glitch is the kitchen disposal is not working well.
We had the best time at Horseshoe Bay, the house was a perfect fit for 10 adults with plenty of space inside and out. The dock was great for swimming and enjoying the outdoors and the interior was spacious with huge kitchen and living space great for larger groups. Absolutely loved our stay!
Pros: perfect location. Boat slip and jet ski ramps were so vital to our stay. It made having water toys so easy. House is clean and kitchen is stocked with a few exceptions. Needs bigger pots to cook in and a garlic press. ( being picky there). Beds were pretty comfortable. I would love better pillows. Cons: Internet was so slow couldn’t stream movies. Rooms were somewhat hot but hey it is Texas. One bathroom could use better ventilation. Overall: Very happy with our stay. We would stay again.
