I had stayed here some years ago for sibling birthday when owned by individual. thought the landscape was so amazing and extremely short commute I definitely wanted to come back. now for my 50th with just 3 siblings. The interior had upgrades on the beds for sure! super comfortable! amazing surroundings You cannot get any better with both beauty and peace! Spacious interior, I love to cook and although I travel with everything this home did not lack anything we needed. we needed a few groceries last few days and ordered from instacart! I cannot wait to come back in summer months!

This is a beautiful property and met our needs quite well. It was a very comfortable and inviting atmosphere and we really enjoyed the close proximity to both Pawling and the Patterson Educational Center. I would definitely look forward to staying here again.

We loved staying here - so close to skiing at Thunder Ridge, and the house itself was beautiful. Hoping to stay here again!

We really loved our stay here! The house comfortably fit 10 of us, and the landscape around the house is even better than pictured! You feel isolated out in nature but with everything you need just a short drive away.

We had a wedding at Kirby Farm, so decided for 7 of to share an airbnb, we felt so lucky to find this house for our children and niece all to be in one place. This home is absolutely beautiful inside and out. I could go on and on about both spaces, the grounds are so peaceful and the sound of the running water was soothing. Inside of the home was well appointed, clean and so spacious. The doorknobs on the bathrooms are a bit tricky, but had us laughing at all of us getting stuck at least once. I highly recommend this house and if we are ever back in the area, we would definitely rent it again. Thank you to our hostess for sharing your home, it was perfect.
